Kale, Dazzling Blue Lacinato
Kale, Baltic Red
Champion Collards
Pokey Joe Cilantro
Joy's Midnight Chard
Brassicas are typically pretty heavy feeders so make sure you amend the planting hole with lots of well-rotted manure, worm castings or compost. Mulching will help ensure ample soil moisture and keep competing weeds at bay, a must for this long growing crop. Keep the brassicas happy and everything else included will be happy too.
