Varico 2 is the fastest growing thyme we have seen - as in they grow up to a 2' by 2' bush in 365 days from seed. So if you're short on time for your thyme harvest, this is absolutely the variety for you!
A staple herb of chefs. Also very useful as a medicinal herb, great for the respiratory system. Since it's perennial, we love going out to the garden in the winter and snipping off a few sprigs. There's just something to be said for having fresh herbs from the garden in the middle of winter (or any time of the year)!
Originally from the Mediterranean area, this herb is drought-friendly - it thrives on full sun, heat and neglect. Grows up to 12". Great for containers, borders, wherever you need it!
