You know when "party" is in the name, it's bound to be fun...right? Enter the Party Popper Jalapeño. Plump, productive, early and spicy. Use the green fruit for salsa or Jalapeño poppers!! This variety has a nice smooth, green skin that is slow to check and resists anthocyanin purple blushing.
Fun, slightly rounded shaped, 3 – 3 1/2″ long fruit are perfect for stuffing and roasting. These compact plants produce a concentrated set of thick-walled fruit and most fruit turn red before frost.
Like all peppers, plants will thrive in full sun and well-draining, fertile soil. Mulch at the base of the plant to retain soil moisture throughout the summer. Great for containers!
