This strain is reputed to be the best tasting cilantro out of an extensive Oregon trial and is also very slow to bolt.  Our favorite cilantro by FAR.  Attracts & houses beneficial insects if allowed to bloom.  Plants grow 12-18" tall.

Fun fact: Did you know that cilantro and coriander are the same plant?  In the US, we refer to the fresh leaves as cilantro and the dried seed as coriander.

Cilantro thrives in cooler weather.  While this particular variety is slow to bolt, you can also help slow bolting down by planting it next to taller crops, which will give that afternoon shade. On the flip side, if it does bolt, leave it! Bolted herbs provide the perfect habitat for beneficial insects.
