Spoiler alert, this is Jess' absolute favorite tomato to grow!  Fruits are 8-12 oz and dark pink with metallic green striping.  Flavor is amazing!!  Fruity and rich, with a meaty texture.  Considered relatively early for such a large, flavorful tomato.  This variety was bred by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms.

Pink Berkley Tie Dye has also been one of our most consistent and vigorous growers, starting from the day those little sprouts pop up in the soil.  Pink Berkley responds really well to staking, whether a single bamboo pole with some twine or training it up a cattle panel, or whatever else you like to use for supporting your indeterminate tomato plants.

Tomatoes love full sun and well-draining, fertile soil.  Add some worm castings or compost to the planting hole to help reduce transplant shock - we like to plant our tomatoes deeply, like all the way to the first set of bottom leaves.  Doing this will encourage more roots to grow, giving you an even stronger root system and happier plant.  Mulch at the base of plants to help retain soil moisture throughout the growing season.  Container friendly!
