If you love the Sugar Rush Peach Pepper but wish you had more heat, we highly recommend trying Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion.  This hottie is a fruity fireball of a pepper and we are here for it!!  Jay Weaver, a pepper grower our in Eastern Pennsylvania, originally developed this variety back in 2010 - it's a cross between a Ghost pepper and a Trinidad Scorpion pepper.

It grows in various shapes, some having tails like a Scorpion pepper.  The Ghost pepper attributes it share are the thin and bumpy skin and the heat level with fruity flavor, although we like the flavor of this variety far better than a typical Ghost pepper.  But that's just us.  We love using it in hot sauces, powders, and well, everything we've tried it in so far.

Plants grow about 3' tall and will Peppers require full sun and thrive in well-draining, fertile soil.  Mulching at the base of your plants will ensure good soil moisture and retain warmth below the surface all season.  Super Hots may need extra protection before the peak of summer and at the end, depending on how Mother Nature rolls.

Scoville Heat Units rating of 800,000-1,100,000 SHU - so its about 200x hotter than a jalapeno.
